Hampton Park Elopement

April and Patrick, a sweet couple from Alabama, chose the beautiful city of Charleston, South Carolina, as the backdrop for their intimate Hampton Park elopement. With its iconic oak trees draped in Spanish moss and historic charm, Charleston offered the perfect setting for their love story to unfold. Their day was filled with emotsion, beauty, and laughter, making it an unforgettable celebration of their commitment to one another.

The couple love the grandeur of the ancient oak trees and decided to exchange their vows and rings under the sweeping branches of one of these majestic giants in Hampton Park. The moment was nothing short of magical. One of April’s goals was to bring Patrick to tears when he saw her in her wedding dress, and she succeeded beautifully. The sweet, emotional reaction from Patrick as he laid eyes on his bride was such a sweet, emotional moment.

As if the day couldn’t get any more perfect, the pink Katrina roses were in full bloom at Hampton Park. We had to grab a few newlywed photos with these beautiful flowers after the ceremony. The vibrant blossoms added a romantic touch and enhanced the already picturesque setting. Afterwards, we made our way to the historic Boone Hall Plantation for more wedding portraits.

Celebrating at Boone Hall

At Boone Hall, we strolled through the iconic Avenue of Oaks, a breathtaking tunnel of ancient trees. It was so perfect for April and Patrick since they love and appreciate the beauty of these trees. We popped champagne to celebrate and toasted to their new life together as Mr. and Mrs.

April and Patrick were an absolute joy to photograph. We had a great time, sharing many laughs throughout the day. Their Charleston elopement was filled with so many amazing moments.
