Boone Hall Fall Family Session

I met the Hayes Family for their Boone Hall fall family session in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina to update their family photos. They had so much to celebrate during their session and it was an honor to capture these memories for them. Mom and Dad were celebrating their 5 year wedding anniversary, marking half a decade of shared memories. We also were celebrating their son, Mason’s, 5th birthday, as well as the newest addition to their family, an adorable 5-month-old puppy, River. Between Mason and River there was an overflow of cuteness and fun energy to the session. These are such important and exciting milestones and it was truly an honor to capture their family memories of this special moment in time.

This family session was filled with warmth and laughter as we strolled down Boone Hall’s iconic Avenue of Oaks. Its rows of majestic oak trees draped in Spanish moss provided a stunning backdrop. The natural beauty at Boone Hall Plantation is one reason I love photographing here. The scenery helps to create beautiful, timeless images. However, the family’s perfectly styled outfits enhanced their photos even more! The soft, neutral colors they chose complemented the setting, creating a dreamy look. Her flowy, floral dress was gorgeous, tying all the outfits together.

I loved watching the Hayes family interact. The love and connection between this sweet family of three is evident in every photograph. From candid moments of laughter to tender embraces, the session was a beautiful portrayal of family love. It was a joy to photograph them and celebrate their family milestones alongside them.
