Romantic South Carolina Wedding

Annie and Griffin’s romantic South Carolina wedding day was amazing from beginning to end! Their wedding took place at the waterfront Dunes West Golf and River Club in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. It was a beautiful fall day filled with sunshine and perfect weather!! The elegant setting combined with the wonderful weather made for the best wedding day!

Annie and Griffin met at a tailgate while they were at the University of South Carolina; however, they didn’t start dating until a few years later when they both happened to move to Nashville, TN for work. After dating for a while, Griffin proposed to Annie at Percy Warner Park in Nashville, where family and friends surprised Annie afterward to celebrate with them. After hearing their story and being around them, it is obvious that these two are meant for each other!

Romantic South Carolina Wedding

Annie and Griffin had a sweet first look in front of the arched Southern porches. We documented their wedding portraits and bridal party next to the golf course with river views and Spanish moss covered trees, which made for a dreamy setting. Their wedding colors of white and champagne were accented by lots of beautiful, classic white flowers. I loved the gold shimmery bridesmaids dresses. They were absolutely stunning!

Their wedding ceremony took place outside on the river under large oak trees. The Spanish moss hung from the trees above, cascading down and creating an idyllic setting for a wedding ceremony. After Annie and Griffin said “I Do”, their reception kicked off with an open-air dinner on the big southern porches at Dunes West Golf and River Club. Everyone enjoyed views of the colorful sunset over the river from the porches as they dined on the low country boil, and toasted the newlyweds with their signature wedding drinks, “Marry Me Moscow Mules” and “Mint to Be Mojitos”.

It was truly an unforgettable, magical wedding day! Annie and Griffin are the sweetest couple and are naturals in front of the camera. It was such an honor to be a part of their big day and capture their wedding day memories! Congratulations to you both!
